o_O No! You can't have it! lol

I'm gonna get 255/85 tires I think. If I can find that size in one of the two brands I'd want.

And that WON'T void the warranty? I'm confused...

    Nope
    It won't
It doesn't affect the drive train or the structural integrity of the frame, drivetrain or engine.

Unless they have a warranty recall for leaf springs or some shit like that...in which case I won't care

    But right now
I still like free oil changes and servicing on this stupid camery transmission

Truth of the matter, I know of dozens of people who've done CMC's that had warranty work done with no questions asked. By law, the ONLY thing that a CMC would effect under warranty is if the body mount itself failed.

One was a full frame replacement....with a chopped cab mount on the frame going away....No questions asked....

But, I'm not a lawyer. Did stay in a Holiday Inn one time though....

    I totally agree
    And have seen the same
But times are changing with Toyota and they are getting good with loopholes
So I got that curtesy warning and I'm going to take advantage of it.
It's such a minor fix just to make it look more factory that I feel it's worth it

And rust to me feels and looks like cancer and since I've started getting my truck featured for stuff I wanna keep it looking "clean" for as long as I can

(In fairness though the rust was my fault/and weather)

    Scratches, dents, lots of squeaks.
I'm guessing the lack of paint made all the rust standout and the tech was like "wtf" so investigated.

    Fuck yeah!!!
I know, I've been thinking about this exactly.
This. This is definitely what happened. Now that they're on to us :spy: we'll have to try a little harder.
Simple. Same reason I do free DYF, I want to help you out. Doesn't matter if "legally" the can't screw you and "legally" I can't be held liable (and other legal junk), this is a simple fix where you can still get free oil changes without getting hassled. What about early morning, next week on a tues-Fri would be good for me??

If we plan on it id like to aim for a day you've got the whole day to burn free and clear
Since side number A was so time consuming I don't wanna run short again, and it would give me time to spray it as soon as you finished so there would he absolutely no issue with rust sneaking in between completion and when I get home or whatever

But for now, it's no biggie, we'll get it sorted

I had Carters Maxxis Bighorn for a while and those tires look solid. Not sure on the price but if I go back to a 16" rim I'd seriously consider them.
