    Spend the extra and get a OEM idler pulley if that's the issue. I went through 3 on my Cummins and finally forked over the extra $25 and bought one from the dealer. Quiet as a mouse the rest of the time I owned it. Anything that sees that much use needs to be high quality.

    A Gates brand pulley from O'Riley is $65.00 the OEM from Camelback Toyota is $99 and if you get with @gunny1005 on here he may save you a little more on it. Just my worthless .02.

    Well its my daily driver and i had it torn apart so i went ahead and bought a duralast from autozone. We'll see how it goes and ill go with OEM next time.

    So far so good. Just started it for a little bit. Ill get to test it out in the morning. I'm pretty sure that was the problem. I hope anyway. Tucked the old belt under the seat just in case I'm out on the trail.

    Don't ride it all that much. Its a blast but going and hauling it, paying to ride $15+ a person at a park, then paying to fix it because its a Polaris, isn't all that great. I'd rather go back to another rocket and not have to pay to ride it.
