I just want to go somewhere and not get rained on.

5 trips this year....4 have had monsoon rains either day before or day of the meet. All my stuff is water-logged

nice to hear the great review on those. i am fairly certain ill be running 37s in the stt pro flavor and that just set the decision. been running ko2s which are great on the highway (quiet) since i drive so far. i wasnt wanting noisy ass tires for those drives.

shit ive driven between kc/bg every weekend this past month

@Bluegrass Taco figured id quote this over in this thread instead

Dude bone stock I was getting 11-12

I changed out the exhaust for a full stainless steel Gibson catback exhaust

Went SUA LT in the rear
And total chaos LT in the front
And the truck just started driving better, and got better Mpgs. I will say that the stock exhaust is a huge choke on the engine

No way you were getting 11-12 stock unless you were on the floor everywhere. Just sayin.

Back when I first started playing with 4wds, all we had was bias ply tires. Radial mud tires were unheard of. Most popular were Gateway GUMBO MUDDERS. They were freekin' LOUD. I wanted. Real mud tire this time, but did not want noisy again. Took a gamble and did the STT PROs. Never once have I regretted the decision. I still get decent gas mileage, even with load range E 285/75r16s AND a regear. 15.5mpg in town and close to 18 on highway......and I don'tgive up traction in slick, muddy conditions to get good mileage. These are literally the best off road tires I've ever owned. And they do mighty damn good ON the road.

Flywheel effect! Once you get 'em turning, they don't need much to keep 'em turning!
