    Just wanna give another huge shout out to Laura at @switch-pros

    She called Greens Toyota on my behalf in regards to the electrical issue that they caused.
    She was able to determine what happened to the unit 100% as I told you guys

    But here is where she shined
    She not only dealt with Toyota lying to her and still refusing to claim responsibility and telling her she must be missinformed but took it all in stride and still worked with me and helped me to make things right and get my systems back up and running.

    Fantastic people and fantastic business
    Switch pro has my business for life

    IF you have to deal with a dealer again, just make the drive to Richmond. I've dealt with Toyota South's service and parts department for years and have yet to have a issue nor has anyone else I know. They are hardcore Toyota people and will be more than happy to help you in any way they can.
