Saw a 100 series LC at a used diesel truck/camper dealer the other day and got on their site today to check it out. Saw this little guy on there:

Pretty expensive, asking $8k for it. I'd be in at $4-5k. I like the thoughts of being able to just jump back there and rack out on an actual mattress and being able to store all your clothes and stuff in there. It has a decent little kitchen in the back portion. Mount a couple awnings on the side and call it good!

It will be hard to move them at that price I'd imagine. For basically the same price they have 16' campers with WAY more features. It has HVAC, fridge, microwave, cook top, sink ECT but damn. That's alot of $. I'd like to see how much water storage it has and how much stuff you could pack into it.

They are marketing them to the adventure community and it's designed so you can pull it with an Outback or something. That brings a premium I'm sure.

Found more information on the manufacturer site. Full bed (to small for the wife, me and the kid). 20 gallons of fresh water and 6 gallons of gray water storage.

Clips are a pet peeve for me. Its like nails on a chalkboard. M1 Garands use clips, you AR15, Glock Ect uses magazines.

    Dumb ass people...

Roads are ice covered. Wrecks every few hundred yards....and still the "BIG SUV's" gotta try to go 80mph. Saw an Expedition and an F150 collect each other then try to knock down a concrete wall.

    Wall wins.

    40 by noon.

Safe at work. No one else here today. Gonna sit in the truck and listen to truckers on I-65.

    And nap.

I think I lucked out this time. There might be patches of ice on the bridges but definitely not a coating.

Nothing ever materialized on the roads down here. All the cars in the parking lot had a nice layer of ice on them (God I love being able to park in a garage).
