I've been working on a Satoshi grille for... Well we won't talk about how long I've been "working" on it. Anyway, the other night I got alot done on it and got to the point of filling in the holes left from cutting out the center part. I don't like the idea of a flimsy thin piece of fiberglass so I went to Wally-Hell and bought a roughly 1/8" thick $.88 cutting board and cut it to fit. I will back fill it with Bondo when it warms up enough to cure properly and I'm ready to paint it. I used JBWeld Plastic Weld. Holy shit, that stuff is legit. I used the old style putty before and it was ok but this stuff is insane. I literally tried to break it out just to see and I felt like the other parts of the surround would break first. Nice stuff. 20180308_213729.jpg 20180308_213745.jpg

Not hardly as thick and rugged as the pelican, but I think it's worth 30 bucks

Ok. How best to kill mold in plastic gas cans? I last used em to transport diesel fuel. Did not clean out. Just put the caps on and stored. Old diesel molds. Now I have stinky-ass gas cans.

    Thinking hot water and bleach....

I'd avoid bleach I think, try gas. Bleach will kill it for sure but I'd be paranoid about it possibly getting into the fuel system. Probably overly paranoid but still. Try sloshing some gas around in them or diesel 911.

Also, if your gonna leave diesel in a tank for a while put some Diesel Kleen in there. It has shit in it to kill microbes and stuff. We always use it at the farm and have never hold stinky tanks.

Guy at work traded his ‘14 trd sport DCSB for an ‘18 f150 FX4 DCSB.......said the salesmen where all gathering around his taco and talking about it......that would be a red flag for me if I was the one buying said new f150 lol

Because they are all eager to snatch up that used car commisicom, especially on something as easy to sell as a Taco. I'm really impressed with the new F'er 150's. Anyone that talks shit I urge you to hop in one and take it for a drive. It's a nice truck. We just got some in as patrol vehicles and I dig um'.

Meh....we use ford super duty’s as fleet trucks and have had to do A LOT of work to them to keep them on the road. New engine in one at about 120k, ecus, transmissions, harnesses, gauge clusters etc etc etc. I don’t think I would want to own one personally. They look cool and all, but I don’t trust them. Oh and speed sensors like they’re going out of style lol

These are all '18s so I can't comment on longevity. First impression is good! Very roomy and comfy.

My Dad use to have one exactly like that. Bought it rebuilt off a guy up towards Ashland I think, all he does is rebuild wrecked Cherokees.
