GF says I need to finish other projects before I can really start LT stuffs:
    -her brewing system
    -put my harley back together
    -get her a puppy
-finish everything on the MR2 (T-top reinforcement, motor mounts, rear suspension geometry change, type-R hood)
-install all the parts for the truck currently sitting in the garage (winch, leds, snerkle, MT)
-probably put a ring on it, but that wasn't explicit

    So I guess I've got a full schedule for a bit :(

I did do some other snooping though, and think I might be able to put 2GR heads on a 1GR bottom end... or a 1GR SC on a 2GR... for reasons...
But all that stuff is at least 2 years away from reality.

I did get ahold of Tim at BentFab, and he says they'll work with me if I can get them prints. They even have a website and a "website" lol.

Anyone have any advise on getting small spots of rust off of my sliders before i hit them with more bed liner spray? They were last painted last year before I put them on and I’m not taking them off the truck to repaint them.

I just took a power sander to mine because it was handy, but to be honest the @mwc273 method sounds like it would work way better and probably faster.

Yeah I was going to use some super gritty sand paper but the abrasive mesh does sound way faster. Either way it’s gonna be a pain in the ass!!

What if used a grinder with a flapper disk? Think it would be too much?

Honestly the mesh makes the most sense to me, but that disk would probably work. All your doing is removing the top layer of material regardless of how you do it.
