    i think it depends on each individual shop. i have had good sucess with one particular ken towery but the others have been terrible to work with / or screwed the job up.

    other than that one trip to big o, honestly the shop i have had the best success with is oxmoor toyo...

    i know i hate recommending a dealer, specifically aanything oxmoor. But i can't deny that they have helped me out quite a bit, especially with a balance issue that 5 other shops, including wyler could not get right.

    Sorry, f*ck anything to do with Oxmoor Toyota. I tried to buy a Tundra there and while we were out eating lunch waiting for them to detail it, they sold it. This was after half the paperwork was done. They told me when I got back I could buy this other one that was the same color but was 6k more. Their service department may be ok, but their sales group are shady as fuck.

    Similar to my experience. I ended up twisting the GM’s arm pretty hard and got a decent deal on my truck. One of the service advisors is good, Lindsay something. Other than him, screw Oxmoor. Especially Will Moberly in sales.

    Contrary to my experience at Oxmoor Toyota, the Oxmoor Mazda dealership is phenomenal. Best experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership, by far. Lots of Ex-Swope guys there
