    I could care less about the new trucks. The speculated IRS or whatever everyone is talking about will rot out in 5 years anyways Haha

    toyota is apparently still having quality control issues with the rear axel shafts being warped and 3rd members with improper pinion angles and gear lashing

    Hey fellas, I know this thread has quietened down a bit but wanted to offer some parts for sell locally. I ended up trading my beloved Spruce Goose in for a 2016 T4R (growing family and all...) and have some parts I was able to save from the stealership. I won't post the craigslist links and make this a full blown spam post, BUT feel free to reach out or search Lexington craigslist if you're looking for anything;

    2nd Gen short bed ARE CX series shell. MGM, sliding/folding windows, super nice condition with about +45 hrspr in window stickers
    OEM TRD OR wheels. A few bits of plastidip I was too lazy to power wash away, BFG tires that need to be replaced "soon"
    Brand new Brembo brake kit. 2 solid rotors, 2 sets of standard brake pads. Was planning on installing in the spring, now sitting on a shelf

    All in Mt Sterling KY, prefer local pickup since, you know, no truck anymore...

    Good morning Kentucky.

    We will be heading up to your state the week between Christmas and New years. I was hoping to get some insight on what we could expect for weather? We are going to the ark and creation museum. Looking at the map, they appear to be between Lexington, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio. Any information on what to expect for weather and travel conditions is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for the help.

    You can expect mid 40s for highs.

    Always a chance of rain every few days it seems.

    Travel shouldn't be too bad if you're zipping up I-75.

    Thank you.
    Great to hear!. That sounds similar to what we have at that time of the year.

    Any other places to see or visit while we are in your state? Any small cool towns to check out?

    My big blue brethren! Making the road trip home to Lexington for Christmas on Saturday. Going to stay home for the week. Anyone have any gatherings, trailing days or parts they have been trying to get rid of that I might be interested in picking up? Maybe watch us beat loserville together?!

    Sadly, I don’t think this is the year UK beats Louisville. We’re not a real good basketball team right now. But anyway, Go Cats! :cheers:

    Although I agree with you... the game is in Rupp. That atmosphere may be enough to even it up. Then anything can happen

    20191230_074750.jpg New member in Bowling Green, just purchased a 2020 SR V6 4x4 SX. Joining the group for advise and assistance in modding the truck. I've already swapped out the street tires that came on the truck for a set of Bridgestone Revo 3 AT tires. Swapped out the ugly yellow interior lights with LED and plan to swap in LED headlight bulbs as soon as I can decide on which ones to buy. I plan to add the stealth light bar in the grill using the Cali Raised bracket and OEM switch but not sure which 32" light bar to buy. I have no plans to lift the truck and will only be doing mild off roading. Are there Facebook pages for Kentucky Tacoma owners or maybe South Central KY. I would love to attend mod meets to assist and learn about this Truck.
