I'll get it done before then. I get bored easy and I'll spend money I don't have lol, so instead I'll work on the truck with the parts I have on hand

The closer to the radidio the better the job. I've set them all the way at the antenna though....Whatever works.

Well, I'd be better for me if it were near the antenna. Read somewhere long ago that it should be near the radio. I'll figure it out before we tune.

The reading gets confused with the meter in the middle of the length of coax and antenna. Even with that, a confused reading is almost always better than a random guess.

Don't know anyone in Lex who does it though :notsure:

I can vouch for Kustom though. They Cerakoted my pistol frame, powder coated wheels and other accessories for coworker's vehicles, and powder coat stuff we make at work too.

Well I've got front and rear bumpers on order too so eventually I need them painted as well and driving to WV that much kinda sucks
Like even the Louisville drive leaves me in pain

If you prime and spray paint them they are easier to touch up when you scrape them up.

Drive here once, with all your parts. Easy as pie!
It's only about 2 hours one way.

Call any good fence companies in your area and see if they have an electrostatic painter or a powder coating shop they deal with. That's where I came up with the electrostatic painting contractor I used at work to paint several hundred feet of iron pool fence. Just throwing ideas out there....

Thought I'd throw this out there one more time....I'm looking to see if anyone is interested in a 1 day trail ride @ Interlake SRA (near Evansville Indiana) on New Years Day. Very light response from 2 or 3 people on Midwest Overlanders Facebook page. Not much of anything here so far. This is weather dependent....mostly about the road conditions to and from. Roughly an hour and 45 minutes west of Louisville along I 64. If no more interest by day after Christmas, may toss this one in the trash can until spring.

If it's anything except frozen solid, you'll need good tires there. Like Bon Jovi said, "Slippery when wet".

Hoping I can behave and squirrel some money on these next couple pay day's and have enough for tires before tax return.

But again, if money falls from the sky, I'll be able to wheel on New Year's

That will count me out. Havent had much opportunity to upgrade from stock yet. Hopefully the tax return changes that.

Ah shit man! I won't be set up for 275's. I'm going with 265/75/16.

    LEDs are still badass btw!
