    Overall they were good, but definitely a little fine tuning is required.
    The middle was filled with a scorching lava based burger juice that squirted out all over my fingers.
    I'll also need to get the timing better, I think they were a little over done this time.

    I made home grounded hamburgers yesterday for lunch on Sunday. I used equal parts Sirloin, Chuck and Short ribs came out to about 10 pounds.
