    Never did headers before but would you need to separate the y-pipe from the cats? If not then I don't see the need for new crush to seal gaskets. I also wonder why they tell you to reuse the head gasket? I would think it be better to change all the gaskets?

    I don't think you need to replace them. If they are like on my old Infiniti G35C they are metal (steel) and are more like a shim than a gasket. The head gasket simply sits between the engine block and the headers. It is not crushed or damaged when installed at the factory and there is no reason why you'd damage them upon removal of the OEM manifold. If you do buy them, don't take them out of their packaging so you can return them when you're done. ;)

    what's up? i will be buying a 4-cylinder double cab soon and interested in the Doug Thorley headers. I saw the GB closed on 1/31. can i still get in on it, or am i too late? if i'm not too late, which header would i need for the '11 4-cylinder DC. many thanks!

    any update on the LT shipments? my order status on URD has not changed since 2/2/11 when they received my order... should i be expecting a package this week? temps supposed to be up in the 50's by the weekend and looking forward to some truck time

    ^ x2. after the gym i got home and there was a fed ex note on the door. signature required, there was a hand written note ill be at office max from 355-405 and i looked at my clock it was 402 so i drove my little swift to office max as fast as 1.3 liters will go and boom he was still in the parking lot. so i run to the truck and hand him the note and he goes in the back and comes out with an 8x8x8 box. it was my boost gauge i was so bummed

    Reply to the urd email entiled order status and explain that you were one of the first to order and the price was not adjusted properlay at the time of your purchase and urd will issue a partial refund then it's just a waiting game with paypal to actually see the funds
