Install complete. Total time 1 hour 45 minutes. Here are things that helped:

Let it sit overnight to be completely cool.
Use liquid wrench on all the bolts, let that sit for 5 minutes.
    Unclip the o2 sensors.
Loosen the lower exhaust flanges first and then completely remove the lower exhaust brackets (these are bolted to the engine with 2 bolts).
Then remove all 6 of the header bolts.
I put on new gaskets, I know you don't have to but for $40 it's insurance. Driver side was just as easy as passenger, I didn't remove the steering arm either. Here's how: have one guy down under the truck and have him pull down and towards the rear of the truck on the y-pipe. Feed the header from underneath, wiggle it in. Now have one guy up top to line up the header while you keep the pressure on the y pipe. It took all of like 1 minute doing it this way. I fought with it for about 5 minutes before I grabbed my neighbor, literally it was that fast.

Overall very easy install. Just make sure to remove those brackets and you'll have plenty of room to work. I also used flex head wrenches which helped on the header bolts.

    Good luck.

    Install Complete!!!!!!
Took me about an hour to remove the original exhaust manifold and get it prepped for the Doug Thorley.
The instructions say to remove it from the 3 bolt flange at the bottom of the manifold, but 2 of the bolts are a PITA to remove (20 min LOST right there). So I just removed it after the O2 Sensor and the first Catalytic. My truck has a 2 bolt flange there. I pulled it out from up top. Once out it was a piece of cake to remove that 3 bolt flange

Just reverse the process and your done.. Took about 2 1/2 hours total to finish up. Im just waiting for it to cool down now and go re-torque everything.

I don't work on cars very often but it wasn't that hard to do. I did it by myself, an extra set of hands would have been nice, but weren't available.

    Ill post some pics soon.
