Leavenworth was fun this weekend

 

Finished a 2400 mile road and off-road trip. Did a mostly dirt loop around Dinosaur National Monument with friends and then 950 miles each way on the street. Cruise control makes it so much nicer for the slab. I packed too much but the drone footage was nice.

White hand guards and swamped out the 2 inch risers for 1 inch off set risers pointed forward, much better sitting but much better attack position standing

 

93 Suzuki DR350SE, bought it used made some mods like LED upgrade to headlight, changed out handguards, newer tank, rebuilt carb but more things to come in the future.

I got a 2015 Honda crf250L. Been super happy with it. Kinda wish I got a 300 or 450, but ultimately this has never let me down. Gets me everywhere I've tried to go.

 

I've got the 2017 Rally version and feel the same way. I did hear something about a 450L version in the works

 

Want to just check in, say hi and show my new to 2002 BMW. I don't dual sport, I don't know how and don't want to break anything. Oh not on the bike, lol. On me. Hahaha.

 

How did I not know there was a DS thread? Is that why the regular MC BS doesn't see a ton of DS action?

I realized right after I posted how dead this thread actually is....

 

Dad got his bike today, I’ve got 485 miles on mine and he has about 80 on his.
Excited to hit some trails with them next month when he gets back from work.

 

TM144. She’s street legal so it counts right?

 

I built this, purchased it completely stock.
Did a bunch of mods, took it to Moab for 2 weeks.

Grab a handful of throttle, hit 2nd, 3rd, 4th, it was like a bomb went off under the rear tire. Pulled wheelies at 70 mph.

100% a total blast.

685, upgraded suspension front and rear, *CUSTOM* rustoleum paint, comfy seat.

Ive got a 2021 1100L and feel the same way

 

My CRF300L has been a great bike, but considering a 250R for better trail riding.

Any thoughts or recommendations on a wheel chock?

 

I’ve been hearing that from a lot of people! Probably because the 450L is priced way out of the market silly honda
