Messed around with the GoPro software with still pictures to see how it worked. Came out pretty good.

Did another time-lapse with the new GoPro...

Need to try start one at 12:00 tonight and end at 11:59 tomorrow night. Just need to figure out what interval to use. Did 1 second interval pics on this one and it filled up the 64gb card in 5-6 hours haha

Really want better software in the future...

For a time lapse that long id probably use every 30sec.

Suction cup mount is my favorite. And the pole mount has also proven to be very versatile

Here is a video I threw together for brady with the extra video I got of his truck while we were playing around. all used with the suction cup and pole mount

I've got 2 GoPro cameras. One Hero 3+ Black and one Hero 3+ Silver. The Black only has a few more options than the Silver but comes with the WiFi remote. I've found (so far) the Phone App to be buggy at best. The WiFi remote that comes with the Black Edition will run up to 50 cameras at once.

This is how I mount mine on my truck.

Dash mount and rear mount. I never turn them off. They run every time I'm in the truck.
I've got 2 extra Wasabi Batteries charging at all times so I never have to worry about running out of power. My drives are almost never more than an hour long.

I also use the "Stealth Cases" so they blend in more.

Silver Edition mounted to the rack on the bed of the truck. What I've noticed is people tend not to tailgate you quite as much once they notice the camera.

Suction mount on the windshield. I would not recommend mounting this to the body of the truck as I think it could actually pull a dent in the body panel it holds so well.

When I say I leave it running all the time, I mean I leave it running all the time. You can barely see it in the truck. I put it in time lapse mode when I leave the truck.

Is the suction cup good offroading? The guy at best buy said that the camera can fall with the vibrations and stuff

It "can" fall..... It won't fall unless you hit something.

Can you control multiple cameras with the iphone app? And the mounts on the bedsides are permanent? I like how you mounted the suction mount on the windshield, definitely will get one. And whats the difference between the stealth case?

I've got a Android phone. I've found the app to be buggy at best. The WiFi remote works great.

The only difference between the stealth case is it is all black and you can not see any blinking lights. I like it on the dash because it is hard to see. I remove the one off my rack when I stop somewhere but the one on my dash rarely moves.

So you remove the one on your rack every time you get off your truck?

Yes. It takes maybe 5 secs to unscrew from the mount. Then I just toss it in the center console.
