Yeah, i don't blame you. I had the Hero 3 Black edition. The low light and mic upgrades is the only thing that make me want the 4. I do some filming with a buddy of mines band when they're playing in low light so the 4 will help me out with that. The night time time lapse (long exposure) is just an upgrade. I believe if i had the 3+ i would have just kept it. But before i buy the 3+, i might as well step up to the 4 since i skipped out on the 3+.

Anyone have any experience with the Tarot T-2D gimbal? Either on a heli or otherwise?

No direct experience but if you ping Michael at MultirotorSuperstore, he can probably help you out.

I was thinking about making one for a pole stabilizer myself but haven't yet. A little cheaper than paying $330 for one.

well I got a buddy who has an extra Tarot gimbal and he said he'd sell it to me cheap...like $75

I'm thinking I can probably modify it to work on a pole or on my RC truck...but not 100% sure

I bet you could. The price is certainly right in that you could get rid of it if you couldn't make it work.

Nothing amazing or dangerous here....but I put my GoPro in our peanut feeder. Typically we have 4 blue jays that typically start to tangle for position but they didn't this time. So just a fun little video of birds up close.

Some parts are a bit longer than I'd like but I need to work on getting more shots from different angles. I also hope youtube doesn't fubar me on my music. This is the first time I've done one in a long time. I know they used to be really stingy and would always block my music. And I just remembered a good shot I could have added...darn it. Oh well.

Good video! I love Colorado. 7 more years and I'll be Durango bound and the San Juans will be my playground.

It's funny you used that song. I just downloaded it this morning and was listening to it on the way home.

*EDIT* youtube only FUBAR's music on mobile devices. It still works fine on computers :notsure:
