Stayed at the old ladys last night. Didn't get a chance to play around with it.

Still Nothing. Downloaded the zhiyun gimbal tool, the silicon lab driver, and the firmware update. Plugged my gimbal in to the usb, opened the gimbal tool, turned on my gimbal, and the open tool on the Gimbal tool menu isn't highlighted or anything. Only thing i can do select my product in the top right hand corner, click the Firmware upgrade tab and select the browse tab. No device info is in the bottom or anything because it isn't recognizing my gimbal when i turn it on.

Has to be something with the usb driver. I would suggest uninstalling everything and installing the usb driver first, then the software, then the firmware update. When you extract the firmware update put it on the desktop so it will be easy to find.

Gimbal mounted to the FrontRunner Rack on my truck. Kind of cool seeing it compensate for the trucks movement.

    That's cool! ^^^^^
I attempted a drive lapse on Friday. 4hr+ drive but the camera automatically shut itself off then once I rebooted it and started recording again it quit at 1000 pictures. 64GB memory card was nowhere near full. So then I changed from time lapse mode to Video lapse and it worked perfectly for the remainder of the trip. I was able to do a Drive Lapse for the entire ride home yesterday. Turned out OK but kinda boring. Video ended up being 4 minutes and change long with it recording every 2 seconds.
This morning I tried to video my ride to work but the damn thing shut off by itself and the video file is corrupt. Auto off in the settings is turned off so I guess the memory card is having issues???
Oh and the lens cover that came with "The Frame" mount pulled the ring off of the camera lens. I wonder if best buys replacement plan will cover that? I was just pulling the lens cover off and the little trim piece around the lens came off with it.

I mounted my gimbal to the rack of my truck so it would remain stable no matter what the truck was doing. I ran in full video mode instead of timelapse to make it more interesting. I've run in time lapse and quite honestly It's kind of boring unless you're on a long trip and want to make a short video of the entire trip.

I do make a lot of timelapse videos with my DSLR but we are talking about sitting behind a camera for hours at a time to make what sometimes is a 20sec clip.

This is where I mounted my gimbal.

What's the Gimbal attached to? A selfie stick of sorts or is that part of the gimbal package?
Here's my time lapse. Warning, you might fall asleep haha! I guess I could have at least added music! It's was recording in HD but for some reason you tube is only giving me the 360 option. I guess it's still processing

Will be boring to most. Hell... It's boring to me. Just testing out the timelapse mode in LightRoom. I need to find a plugin that allows me to adjust the "speed" of the timelapse footage. 200 shots filmed at 1sec intervals made a 6sec video.

The only thing I did was darken the clouds since there was absolutely no definition to them at all when looking at them with the naked eye. That part I was impressed with.

How do you keep the GoPro so steady? Great job with the vid. I'm still very green when it comes to my camera so I'm always looking for pointers lol

A handheld gimbal. Camera mans best friend when trying to shoot a good looking video. Also some post production editing helps a little.

Ahh... You're doing it on a Mac. You're going to have to do it on a PC. I couldn't get it to work on my Mac so I broke out my POS laptop and it updated just fine.

Well piss. I figured that would be my problem but i don't have a charger for my laptop lol. The offline calibration worked just fine when i did it. Guess i'll have to go buy a charger.
