    No I didn't get a call or anything I just went in since I'm somewhat local because he had said the stuff was coming in but when I got there I found out the locker wasn't there and wouldn't be for another week or two. Mine was an ARB locker so that's all I know about the back order thing, the rest of my order was there just waiting on the locker.

    I don't have time to get it all installed just yet anyways so it'll probably be a few weeks before I get it all in.

    Small shop, nice guy, I'm sure he's doing his best to get all the orders taken care of.

    he quoted me $350-400 over the phone. I'll drop it off early morning and get it back late afternoon.

    We discussed my trip this weekend and he gave me advice on how to break in the gears properly. Should be completely broken in before I see dirt. :)

    Installed my lock rite on Saturday. That was a pain in the ass. And bytor I suggest selling an extra spring kit with any of the lock rites because its really easy for them to go flying off while trying to install them and if you lose one your fucked.

    Pain in the ass to install. Rent a ring gear puller from autozone, o Riley's, etc and also make sure you have a rubber mallet. A good impact drill was really helpful also because the bolts holding on the ring gear have lock tire on them

    Also high temp RTV for resealing the 3rd member and when ever you are putting the locker in put assembled grease/wheel bearing grease on it to keep things in place.

    Change gear oil 500 miles after installing it.

    And the locker performs freaking great. Drove around in the rain and dry for about 150 miles so far. You honestly can't even tell its back there while driving except for when you romp on it. Drove through a soggy wet field today and really helps traction and its really easy to get it to drift when you touch the gas in the wet grass:D
