No affiliation? In the op it states that Brandon is your friend. I would certainly call that an affiliation. Maybe it is nitro that's holding this up, but it seems that customer service from the vendor went right out the window as soon as he got the money.

so, I hate to bring this topic back up, but frankly, I am furious right now! it has been well over a year since I placed my order, I haven't seen squat! and I haven't been able to get through to him! I have left him tons of voice mails, I have sent emails, I am damn near ready to drive to fucking arizona to get something out of him! I am open to good lawyer suggestions at this point! if anyone is near him can they please go pay him a visit for me and see what the fuck is going on!? I really just want my money back at this point! and paypal wont let me dispute this because it has been over 45 days since the transaction. hell, maybe I can call on the mighty power of tacomaworld to phone/email him to the point of catching his phones on fire!

Call your bank and dispute the charge, there has to be something w/ PayPal since you paid for goods you didn't receive, file a complaint w/ the BBB, give him bad reviews on every social media site (Yelp, etc) and take him to small claims court. Maybe file something w/ the PD, too? I would do at least all of these to start...

If you paid by credit card through PP then you may still be able to get your money back, though. Do more than social media, Ben. That's a lot of money to lose. Good luck, man!

I decided to email them and linked this thread asking to explain himself and rectify this with you.

I hope this works out for you in the end, if not, i'd imagine he won't be in business much longer treating customers like that.

Definitely contact the BBB and file a complaint...maybe even talk to a lawyer.

finally talked to him, he is getting me my money back, I guess he hasn't been around work for a while due to some pretty serious family health issues.
