    We flew 6 brand new 64E models from that Mesa plant to Ft. Campbell, If your dad works out there im sure hes seen up ferrying all the a/c back. weve done 21 in total up to now. cool area and it was awesome to see all the MD500's flying around out there!

    don't even remember. it was small... only like 100 acres or so. we were working out of tulelake. right on the OR/CA border. was at the very beginning of the season so it wasn't anything super exciting

    Trying to volunteer either with municipal or (ideally/eventually) CalFire.

    At this point I don't want to get paid. It's more personal than anything else.

    I asked my dad, he said there is a hand controller and with some lights they are slaved to the camera ball controller too.

    Cool photo my dad sent me today of the San Diego Police helicopter. They call the aviation department ABLE. This is an old photo, not taken today, but still cool. He is down their working on their airborne video surveillance system.
