That's weird. I went to Pillsburry Saturday and passed the Mustang and the red Tacoma that got smacked up together. Looked like they were waiting for something like a tow. Was wondering what happend, now I know.

That was a great weekend despite the carnage! I still have to edit the videos but here are my pics. Once my friend Lex uploads his pics I'll post 'em up.

Hey Travis, don't forget to clean out the air filter, mine was full of dirt/dust.

Very nice pics, I have to clean the truck up this weekend. I am sure the air filter is clogged up & the week old cabin air filter is most likely done as well. :D

The tow truck from the auto body shop came and picked it up yesterday, hopefully they give me an estimate in the next few days. Meanwhile i gave my statement and pictures in to the insurance company so now its just a waiting game. I insisted that the mustangs insurance has to cover all aftermarket parts, we'll see what the outcome of it all is. Clearly from the pictures it was his fault. I'm hoping for the best, but always expecting the worse. I hate things like this....

I'm getting a new door and having it painted, then our mechanic will do the swap. Not worried about blending in the paint on the rest of the truck.

Also i don't know how the hell it missed the glass because the window was down, so i got lucky i guess

So an update with the accident:

Talked to the auto body shop last night, there was 11,000$$$ worth of damage. I virtually needed everything drivers suspension wise replaced. UCA, LCA, Spindle, Tie Rod, Steering Arms, etc. In addition, they needed to replace my fender, fender flare, grill, hood, and drivers side tire. He told me although the drivers side tire isn't poped, it would be safe to replace it because it had been rubbing on the UCA after the impact creating some deep grooves on the inner side. I asked him to keep it for me so i could run a full spare  Now to the aftermarket parts.... I was sweating this one pretty bad because my AP bumper was only 4-5 days old! He said that they would take care of it no problem and would have everything done to the truck for pick up early next week!!! :yay:

I am very excited at this point to have the truck back. Once insurance figures out the liability of each party, then ill know if i have to pay $500 or $0.

Glad to have this out of the way now, ready to wheel it again soon!
