    The weekend over the 18th is gonna be tough for me. That's my anniversary. I was able to talk my wife into it this year and we had a blast but might not be so lucky to do that every year.

    was just talking about the date...

    to run in line with last year it would be May 16-19 (main event dates, some come earlier)

    we could move it up depending on when Cruise goes down...but i'd like to get in between Cruise and goneMOAB..

    or have it at the end of May/early June...but it starts to get hot by then...

    Cruise Moab is always over the first weekend of May. If the first weekend is on the first then it would be the last couple days of April. Looks like 2013 will be May 1-4 for Cruise Moab.

    Just throwing this out there.........what about a fall event? Do one around the first part of October. This year would be hard to pull off but after that you wouldn't be dealing with as many event going on like you are in the spring.

    i don't think we could have two big events though...one would have to be more informal...

    or have the fall run be a pre-run informal event

    I don't know how many of us are in school, but that would cut most of us out. I just can't miss school and that is too long of a drive to make with only 1 day between the trip there and back. (ie I drive down late friday, wheel saturday, and drive back sunday...)

    but being that i may be an east "coaster" again, i will not be making multiple trips...but this coming october, i might be down to meet up in moab for a pre-run/informal event...
