    Live and learn my friends. I am not here to tell you how to run your event so hopefully my suggestions are taken as just that....suggestions. You'll figure out what works and what doesn't as time goes on. I was just trying to save you some steps.

    IMO, there's nothing wrong with being too organized. You aren't forcing anyone to do anything (other than tech inspection potentially and signing a waiver) other than that peopel can do what they want whether it's over-organized or not. Personally I'd rather have all my bases covered.

    there are fees if you go to trials like Fins 'n Things and Hells Revenge to get into the Park. And Elephant Hill to get into Canyon Land State Park. Cheap tho like 10 bucks or less.

    limiting trail group sizes is good but some groups may be faster than others :wave: so passing and lapping may occure. :burnrubber:

    It'll just be me and the wife in the 4 door so you could ride with as well. It would be fun to jump around from rig to rig if some one was ridding.

    I should probably do some research into weak links on the 2nd gens...

    Limiting the group size depends on the trail I think. On Hell's and Kane's Creek I didn't think the larger groups were too bad, granted I was pretty much at the end of both of those groups. Trails like Elephant Hill and Fins N Things I think would be harder to manage with groups larger than 8 or so though.

    I will possibly have an open seat or 2 or 3 as well. Not sure if the wife will be able to come or not. Some of the guys that came down to Moab with friends this year just hopped from Taco to Taco as we changed trails. Adds to the experience and is a good way to get to know people. I rode with someone else on Kane's Creek and it was still a fun ride.

    haha. White Rim was fun too, but I left it out cuz you are limited to groups of 3 or less no matter what so it wasn't on my mind when I wrote that post. haha. Plus it's not exactly a trail you just go do. It's probably best to do it as an over-nighter.
