Nope. Leafs. Anything will do I'm just putting our a feeler too see what people might be yoinking off their trucks. Not sure what route she wants to go if she wants to go with OEM or what.

 

I have my OEM set of leafs with roughly 40k on them? I also have Rick's old leafs with his AAL I will probably rip off soon for the RXTs

If I get a lift for my Tacoma, what brand works best for new england?

I went to the MLO open house and was recommended to get the Robinson's if I do any wheeling. Minimal but some. I prefer a more plush ride than stiff even though I drive a lot for work.

Edit1: kinda thought they'd have like vendors with gear and possibly some deals since thats the way the open house was posted on fb. Was a bit disappointed as it was really just a meet and greet for people that seemed to be their clients before.

Edit2: is there a TW meet up this spring//summer?

Can't think of anything out there more plush than your stock suspension. Bilstein 5100 are a great start.

Pretty much all the suspension components will work everywhere.

For daily driving stock is best for MPGs and comfortability, and a stock Tacoma is very capable Off Road.

If you want a lift You’ll have to decide on what you intend on doing with the truck. Looks, comfortable, wheeling, over-landing, MPGs, Budget etc…. and build from there.

 

Yup, your specific user case is gonna dictate your best course of action. If you just wanna give it a little lift for looks while maintaining factory-ish ride then you're not gonna do a whole lot better than 5100s, especially for the money. You'll need an add a leaf or a new leaf pack to lift the rear as well fyi

 

Would anyone be interested in 3 P265/70R17 tires? They are Yokohama Geolanders G015, with around 8/32s tread depth on all 3. They are slightly chopped on the edges, but they were not loud on my father's 4Runner. There would be a fourth tire, but it was unrepairable, with a hole right in the sidewall. I am looking to get $60 for the 3 tires.
