    I finally got a response today:

    The part she is referring to is the rear mats for the Access Cab, Gen 2, in gray.

    I think they may need to cut back on the 20 page ads in the car mags, and maybe hire some more CS help?

    Customer Service was helpful, but...they sent me two digital rear grays for an '06 dbl cab and no fronts:(

    Anybody get two sets of fronts? Or does anybody need the rears at the group buy price +freight? They are sending me a RA for them, but if someone wants them just speak up.

    And the mats just arrived 10 minutes ago. I guess she was right, it was most likely this week! Of course, they actually shipped last Wednesday, but why would I expect the WT Customer Service rep to know that! :)

    Heads up.
    Keep track of your invoice and charges!
    I received an invoice for $279.48 but was charged $315.48. On top of that, they only shipped half of my order. I called and cleared things up with the charge, at least I hope I did, and they offered to expedite the second half.
    So fingers crossed! The nice lady saidy they have new software. Good intentions but the bugs need to be worked out.

    I ordered a set, saw this group buy, called back and cancelled my first order, and they still charged me for it. I have let Kelly know about this twice, (she said she couldn't find the first order on their system), and yesterday talked to a Lisa, who found the order, and said the charges would be removed by COB yesterday. Of course, this didn't happen, so I have to call them back again. These folks have pretty crappy customer service...
