Just noticed that I was over charged by $18.00 when I looked at my credit card statement. Have sent an email to Kelly, but not heard back yet. Anyone else get over charged?

Kelly took care of the problem......her explanation of why I was over charged: "I apologize for the shipping charge error. We are still working out some bugs in the new computer system- like when it charges the customer additional shipping for separately shipped items"

Check your credit card statement, don't know if they are automatically refunding the overcharge or they are doing it on a complaint basis.

Yeah, I have the same overcharge. It was due to shipping the fronts and rears separately. I talked with Kelly on Monday, and she said it will be credited back to my card within 72 hours. I have yet to see this on my statement though, so I'll call/email again tomorrow if it's still not there. Kelly was very apologetic about everything and I feel pretty confident it will get fixed.

Just got my front liners! After a little trimming (clutch clearance), they fit great!

The rear liner (access cab) did not arrive (and I received no tracking number), and after a call to Weathertech, I was informed that it has yet to ship.

The representative mentioned something about production time causing the delay (of which I am skeptical), she then went on to say that they should ship in 1-2 days, so I have a feeling that they may have forgotten to send my rear liners.
I could be wrong, but I thought I'd give everyone a heads up, just in case you are in a similar situation.

When in doubt, call; we live in a service based country.

The Weathertech customer service was great, and I don't want to start any negative feelings towards them. It is entirely possible that the rear liners were out of stock, and that is what caused the delay.

Thank you, Justin, for setting up this group buy! All the snow here in Utah makes me very glad to finally have Weathertechs!

I got the call from Kelly the first week after the GB closed. Still no emails, floor mats, or charges on my CC. I have called Kelly a few times and left a message, no response. Unable to get Customer Service to answer the phone.

    Suggestions?

Can somebody please tell me the email address that they are rcv'ing emails from, maybe I have something in my spam folder.

If you have billing problems please call customer service. It is not Kelly's job to figure this out for you she does other things. Customer Service will be able to help you out quickly. And please give them time, they are experiencing problems due to this new system. We ordered well over 150 mats so I bet this is a mess for them, especially since they are trying to do these orders, fix the new system, and deal with all of the holiday orders!

I've tried calling at different times throughout the day, after you press 1 for a new order or 2 for an existing order, it would just ring non-stop.

I just got through, I knew it was going to work this time, because there was a long recording of advertisements and a woman telling my position in the que.

They should ship this week or next.

    Thanks

You have to cut to fit Weathertech's??. didn't know that.

I thought they were the digital, vehicle specific, top shelf, ect??.

For that kind of money I would'nt want to put a knife to it.

Finally got my entire order. I ordered a front and back set for my wife's car and a front set for a tacoma. Came in three seperate shippments during about a weeks time. Would have been glad to wait and receive it all at once if they could have saved me a little on shipping, but owell. Thanks for setting up the group buy again tarheel.

Yeah digital cut for auto transmission tacos. I have a manual taco. From what I've read, i gotta snip/trim it a little bit for my clutch to clear

As stated by Kdog, the cut is only required for a manual transmission Tacoma.

The cut is extremely minor, and the after result looks stock (at least my cut did ;)).

Don't let this be a buzz kill, it is a seriously minor cut, and you would have to be extremely mentally challenged to screw it up.

Start small, and cut more until it's where you want it; you can always cut more off, but you can't add more on.

I cut about 1 inch deep, and three inches across to clear the clutch; as I said, you can't tell it has been cut, even if you look.

With all the snow (now slush) here in downtown Salt Lake City, I love my Weathertechs more and more with each use.

I missed out on the previous group buy from reading they didn't fit manuals, but ordered on this one & did the trimming.
Is a minor modification & wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
