never mind, i see the adapter you are talking about. i am going to be running an aftermarket amp to power the fronts and using the head unit to power the rears, so i'm not sure i will need to use the factory amp or this adapter.

is this a plug n play into the factory Toyota head unit harness or is there an adapter harness to make it plug n play or is everyone scotch locking/splicing Into the factory harness?

Any aftermarket HU is going to need an adapter, but there are standard adapters available that give you a connector that mates with the factory harness.. just match up the colors and either use a red butt-splice or solder and heat-shrink.

This is the easiest and cheapest way. Just get wire snips and connectors, bluuge a local buyer did his in 15 minutes. Why spend the extra cash just my. 02 sense.

Guess what fellas I'm in the works to be a vendor whoop whoop!

    Whoot!

Been looking at the ********* speaker set and adapters, but I'm holding off to compare cost, quality, and vendor reliability.
Heard a mix of love and horror stories about TT, but one of the guys at work has their set and didn't say there were any issues... sounds good, he added a Kenwood flat sub under the passenger seat.

I don't need loud... just loud enough to be heard over an open window.
I don't need to rattle the windows. If anything, my high frequency hearing loss has be cranking the treble where I used to crank the bass.

So I'm looking for something that's inexpensive, "clean" installation, and sounds good playing Ozzy and Metallica.

I've got a Rosen Nav HU on order.

I'm in Chino... where's your shop?

Has anyone got the Nav module for this unit? How does it work compared to a garmin for example.

There was 2 ppl who ordered after the gb and we are only allowed to hold 20 units in stock so since the gb was 10 and another local customer bought 10, 20 were gone. We ordered another 20.

Please give me a day or so to ship, i work there part time, and full time at our family business. I sometimes can have my co workers ship if they are not busy. I understand the anticipation and i try my best to fulfill it. You are in good hands.
