OK great, how does it feel?

 

2nd gen 4.0 A/T with 285/75/17's I went with 4.56 to keep RPM's in check. I have a very slight bit of a buzz/vibration in the rear at 60-65mph hopefully will go away once broken in.

 

2nd gen 255/80/17 and I went with rem 4.88. Had similar sounds, almost a loud humming up front as well. I don't think I had vibrations, but either i've become used to it or it went away. I'm about 3500 miles since my regear.

 

Will there be another group buy before the offer expires on December 14th? I would be interested in doing it.

 

I have stopped doing groupbuys with Premier after having installation issues and locked up differentials.

I only run them through Sibi Built now. If interested, there is one live now.

 

Already got mine installed with Premier. Was ready in 4 hours no issues for the last 3 months. Drives great as well. What happened with your differentials locking up. How long after installation did it happen?

 

No problem with mine front and rear and it has been over a year.

 

A bunch of different scenarios have happened. Broken teeth due to improper backlash, one completely grendaded rear axle when the ring and pinion blew up, many small odds/ends (cv axles boots torn, not using master kits when said they were, front diff plugs stripped...). Overtorqued lug nuts. If you go to the original post, you'll see issues starting on page 48.

My truck had improper backlash set.

I'm not hating, but I can't run a groupbuy for a company when customers have had those issues then come to me and blame me. The price from Premier is very good, and Carlos/Miguel are good guys.

 

Damn, now I'm worried about the work they did for me......

 

I think this will explain what I mean...This is a fraction of the problems. Someone's at the current shop I run promotions for, and their whole front diff went kaboom from their regear and they needed a new one.
