Well, I've been a Tacoma fan for a longand was waiting on 4th gen, but a few things on the new Tacoma are pushing me towards a Tundra, like smaller rear seat area even for a 5'6", and high prices for a TRD offroad same as a well loaded limited TRD offroad Crewcab Tundra.

All of the interior dimensions are the same or larger on the 4g vs 3g. A 4wd limited tundra is $59k vs the 4g TRD OR being like $44k. At least that's what I think you're comparing.

This right here. I don’t understand all the bitching about the backseat dimensions. The numbers have been out for a long time and it’s no smaller than a 3rd Gen but we keep hearing about it over and over on these threads. I’m sure some people’s driving/riding habits are different than mine but I really can’t remember the last time I sat in the backseat of anybody’s car. Certainly not within the last few years, other than an Uber. My kids grew up riding around all over the country in the backseat of my 2nd Gen, it’s not big and roomy by any means, but it’s just fine.

A well loaded Tacoma TRD OR wirh softex, etc is about 58,000. As for the space, I have the 2005 Tacoma, I can put the tip of my feet under front seat, that can't be done on 4th gen unless seat is all the way up.

Not true, $52.3k for the OR with premium package. And I'm not really sure what you're talking about in terms of sticking your feet under seats. Using actual measurements the interior is the same or bigger. But buy whatever makes you happy!

Show just one TRD off road, with 14inch screen, and softex seats for that price.

You would need to find a manual with the premium package. Without the manual it would be $53.3

Found this one listed below MSRP. Lots out there and dealers are offering discounts.

Nearly 100k in BC, I don't think it's too crazy, Toyota won't produce a lot of TH and Pro, they will be very very limited in numbers, the entire Canada might just get a few. And sure there will be some rich dudes take them home. Fair business.

Not to poo poo the offer, but if you read the details on the vehicle listings it has the following:
"Price is plus tax, tag, title, registration, any dealer-installed accessories, and a dealer doc fee of $1,198, Private Tag Agency Fee of $189, and Electronic Registration Filing Fee of $559.55, which charges represent costs and profits to the dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale. New vehicle pricing excludes the $1995.00 Sun Toyota Protection Package Included in this plan are exclusive features and benefits tailored to provide the utmost value for your investment excluding Lifetime All-Weather Floormats ($499), Lifetime 3M Tint ($499) and Lifetime Wheel Locks."

Which added up is $4,939.55 in adds. So $5,000 off MSRP is really $60.45 off MSRP.

I'm sorry! Just looking out for everyone in case they go down the rabbit hole with this dealer. Great for advertising but once you get to the final price really not that good of a deal. Plus it's Southeast region so all their trucks will be full of bloated accessories

Oh no...I totally agree with you...glad you caught that. I had even posted that info in the $3k off thread and went back and added your info. Crazy that the dealer fee is $1200...I though my dealer was high at $600.

With all the junk SET adds to theirs, $6k off is a good place to start negotiating, lol.
