I gotta rant against my own dumbass decisions...don't you just hate it when you do something retarded and immediately regret it???

So Sunday night a bunch of my friends and I were chillin in the park, shootin shit just having a good time. I go pick up my girlfriend and once we get back I realize my friend who just got a moped was there. Naturally I was thinking "shit it's a moped I wanna drive it". So I ask and hop on. Took me ten seconds to miss the brakes and accelerate into a curb :anonymous: I get up say oh shit I'll pay blah blah blah whatever it's all good. There goes 200-400 bucks that would have gone to my rear suspension. Definitely sucks but I'll live.

Then I realized my wrist was hurting a bit and was starting to swell up. So my buddy drove me and the girl home and picked up some tools while he was there. I call the parents (both doctors) and broke the news. They came home and confirmed it was broken.

Fuck. Im out of swimming for 8 weeks...next fall is my senior year of high school swimming where i was expected to be in the top 3...now not so much. Got it checked out at the hospital the next morning and got my x-rays....The bone nearly sheared straight off. I'm currently in a splint and we'll decide whether I need to have surgery before I get casted. The kicker?

I'm suppose to go to Germany in a week. If I get surgery itll be schedule for the day before I leave and I probably won't be able to go. I can't refund any part of the $3000 dollar trip either and I can't work for at least 8 weeks as well.

Not really a rant, just needed to get this shit off my chest.

Freakin idiots can't even have a decent rant thread. This is the problem with america, probably more then that even. Take a simple subject and just screw it straight up with a bunch of nonsense and arguments. You guys are the state of california of the internet. 7000 layers of bullshit and no results. I saw this thread posted and was happy that I'd get to see some decent rants and yet here we are.

Can someone explain to me the general stupidity of everyone in the whole world? It seems the stance of everyone to be opposite of common sense and to top that you're an asshole if you chose the route. Frustrates the living shit out of me when I ask someone a well thought out question about a procedure or aspect of a process only to be given a disjointed nonsensical answer that doesn't even begin to answer the simple question I originally asked.

Furthermore, We need to start hiring people who understand their job. I'm tired of talking to people over the phone or email who are in a position of lets say customer service. If your stupid ass works as a secretary and I update my info with you, and we talk a week later and you still have my old info, not only should you be fired but you should be publicly beaten and disbarred from working anything but fruit picking.

WOW a lot of RANTS! haha

I have a new one, but with a happy ending ;)

So i got my bestop in and its not to hard to install but it gets frustrating at some points. Anywho when I'm basically done with the main shell being attatched to everything and wait what is that....I see that the person who made the top actually sewed(sp?) on a part of the top( a piece that mounts to the bed rail system) in the wrong spot with the wrong side attachment.(makes no sense sorry) so after about 1 hour and a half of install I find out that the top wont work, had to take it all off, put it in the box, call bestop this morning and there going to send me a new top and will verify that it was assembled correctly and will also include two more clamps for the set up which would cost about $25 shipped for free. THIS IS ALL BEING OVER NIGHTED AS WELL. BESTOP FTW....and FTL
