Saturday and sunday look fine friday has now changed to a washout 1" and heavy winds. Might be coming up Saturday morning no fun without campfire and hiding in truck. Just going to have to have a shindig Sat night

Shit happens, i would rather avoid having to hose out my Daily driver. We willall just have to watch what we are doing and not get in over our heads, so to speak. Actually seems like fun,sloshing about.

 

I am gonna try to get out of here by 9:30-10:00. so that has me getting there about..........

If you cant you can just use the pin inside the receiver.

 

You aint gonna nee to pull me out of anything. I have a clevis on the rear just in case you get wedged between trees though.

yeah, I just picked one up yesterday, I had to take the grinder to the locking hitch pin (f'n salt). I wanna say it was like 30 bucks. I was going to just get the shackle, but they didn't have one big enough, biggest they had was 3/4 and it wouldn't fit onto my reciever for a ball mount.

I also paid a visit to HF. Looked at what they had, and I don't think the shackle receiver they had would hold my wifes dog, let alone pull someone out of a wet paper bag. I also picked up a way to mount a shovel and an axe in the bed. Not exactly pretty, but cheaper than 4 quick fists. I will try to get a pic up, or you can just wait to see it.

 

Is it even treading if your tires don't kill the tree? I mean the tree probably had it coming.

Good thing about Rc is alot of the trails are hardpacked with rock

 

See now, rocks scare me. yeah, mud is bad too, but if you clean up good after it is usually ok, but rocks don't play nice.
