no kiddin.................i mean.................it took me almost 3 hours....but that was getting out the airhose and grinder....prepping the frame, marking everything, then welding on the plates,then the sliders and gussets......all the while taking smoke breaks and bullshitting around with some folks. and i did it at owrk,so i had to drag the welder and everthing outside.

 

Lol, I thought he was a little off his rocker. I would love to drive down there and have you weld them on, but I think the gas would make up for the saved cash lol.

 

Autozone/Advance Auto parts has cans of brush on heruliner. It's a good coating altho folks have said it'll scrap your legs/rough up pants if you run into it.

 

Alright just wondering if anybody in the first group here have received their stuff yet. I live in Cali so I thought it wouldn't take much longer than a week... or am I just being impatient...

 

thanks i'll remember that. i guess that means that if i have to dress all fancy then i dont want to get outta my truck to fast then huh? but bein that i rarely do, i dont see an issue with scuffin my legs/pants up... that'll just give my britches a little more wear & tear

Do the weld on type come with Gussets and angle iron? Just curious because i have a large zip tie just hanging out with nothing in it. My package was torn to shit only a few pieces of wrap were left, and it looks like they threw the paper work away then uncrumpled it and gave it to me.
