    so i just tried calling derek again... surprise surprise... no answer (haven't heard from him since 3 mondays ago when he said my bumper was being shipped that night and would call me back with the tracking info)

    so after i hung up the phone i sent him this text:

    if i don't hear from you by the end of today i will do whatever is needed to get my $$$ returned.

    i immediately got this text in return:

    your bumper was shipped the day it was picked up... i will call ups and see whats up with it

    to which i replied:

    i won't believe it till i get a tracking number... which is what you said you would get me the night it was shipped... how am i supposed to know this shipment date is any less of a lie than the other 8 you have given me

    like i said before... proof it was shipped by the end of tonight or i will be doing whatever i can to get my $$$ back







    we'll see how this turns out...
