I've called everyday for the past couple days, and I have left a nice voicemail every time. ( I have his number memorized now)

Maybe I will try texting him.

I've already talked with paypal yesterday, and they said since I payed 4 months ago, that they can't help me. They said that the best thing to do about it is to call my credit card company, and they should assist me with getting my money back.

At this point...Even I have to say why bother.

He did decent by me and a couple (like 2 or 3 others)...and then started to suck...got a warning/some feedback...made promises again..and blew it again...and again (and maybe one more again at this point...I'm not sure.)

Side note- I'm super disappointed that I suggested ya'll give Derek another chance. Most folks around here seem like they deserve a shot-Apparently he didn't. Sorry for ya'lls luck with getting him to hold up his end.

 

Why can't we get a count of people who have actually recieved their order of sliders. Also give the date ordered, date paid and date recieved. Ron

Ehh...I think everyone that has gotten then have posted up when they got them. I ordered/paid 04April and they arrived 22May.

It's not really about who has them...it's more about the folks that don't

 

Yes,it matters how many have got them and when. Be nice to know that he is still turning them out and shipping them.

 

I think the general outcry is over the fact that no one is getting ANYTHING. He shipped a few sets that people have mentioned they got (my post is from the 22nd of May)...and he has been neatly incommunicative besides that. Everyone else has either gotten their money back, or is on here posting that they want it back and they want some answers. ::shrug::

 

Next time someone calls him, hit him up for me too please.

 

i don't think anyone has gotten $$$ back... sounds like AT MOST 5 ppl got their sliders from this GB. seems like he ran the GB on several other sites, and TTORA members are getting the "best" treatment from him.

i'll try to get my money back thru my bank... unfortunately the paypal transaction went directly to my checking acct, so we'll see how that goes...

I already got mine. But the rest of you guys could get some pitchforks and torches and head out there.

 

I won't need pitch forks and torches, I 've got some buddies close by that will be paying him a visit, either at his shop or house, and I can assure you I will have my money back or my sliders. It pays to have union buddies in the area, we get shit done for each other. I'm giving him 10 days to respond to me.

People that want your money back:

Call your bank, file a dispute.

They should go directly to his bank and get the money. No need to even talk to him.

 

I just received my money from the bank.

Not only did I get a full refund, but I also was reimbursed for all of the late charges that it was responsible for.

and they're telling me since it was paypal that they can't dispute it...

and then a supervisor told me since it's been more than 60 days they legally can't dispute it... this is maddening.
