what is everyone doing to get their money back? or somehow get their sliders?

 

i told him i wanted a refund and he said my bumper already shipped out (3+ weeks ago)

i said i wanted the tracking number and he said he couldn't find the shipping receipt and his computer was down and couldn't log into his UPS account to get it but would call ups to find out where it is (4 days ago)

now that he has posted on TTORA i assume he has internet access but still won't get back to me or answer my calls







do we have anyone on here that could provide some legal advice on this matter?

 

same here 2 weeks ago he said i would get my tracking number.. i left him a voicemail today stating i would like a refund... no call back yet

 

so i just called derek again... he said the sleeves were made about a quarter of an inch off... so he had to get them remade.. he said he'll get it by monday and ship out on tuesday...his computers shat itself.. i dont know what to take from it.... he said he'll call me before it ships....

 

well i got my tracking number.. he got the labels made..he also has a few others.. im not sure who... he's just waiting to get the sleeves put on then are sending them out..

 

just got done texting with derek and he said his ups account is all screwed up.

he said there are 3 bumpers and 10 sets of sliders sitting at the depot center. he sent the money in but apparently his account is saying that he hasn't paid yet so he has been on the phone with ups everyday trying to figure it out.

again... this is just what he said



i filed a dispute with my bank today and will continue with it until i either get a tracking number or my money... i'd be satisfied with either at this point

he told me i can't get a refund on already shipped items so if this is the case and i can't get my money back and still haven't gotten a tracking number i'll sue him... my dad can help with that








if only he could take 2 min to post this shit himself i'm sure his reputation wouldn't be in the toilet here and people wouldn't hate him as much

 

FYI, he can provide you a tracking number without shipping anything. UPS Worldship or UPS online produces labels and tracking numbers prior to shipping. If things are never picked up the numbers stay active for a certain amount of time before getting cancelled. So unless the number he gives you shows the package as in transit it could be bogus just to appease folk.

 

sigh...this really bites...because of this..im going to be alot more cautious on groupbuys.... bleh

 

I talked to him today and it sounds like anyone who got sleeves for their sliders have been the ones to wait. Anyway I got a number as well. We will see.

 

I didn't get sleeves and I paid for mine May 24th. Ron
