So I just signed onto here after a LONG time from being gone. Just saw the problems you guys are having with Derek. I have personally dealt with Derek, at his place of business and he was on top of things, and was even shipping items out as I arrived at his shop. He did amazing work, and was very kind. If nothing else, I'll give an "I'm sorry" to all of you. I seriously hope things work out, he makes an amazing product. :(

at this point, i'd rather just have my money back. i've been corresponding with him via txt messages, and the claims that everyone will be very happy soon.

it's been said many times before, so i'll believe it when i see it - but i hope you guys get your sliders.

i don't want to do business with someone who runs a business in this fashion. this is deplorable, i should not have had to bug him constantly just to get any communication. i've also been encouraging him to post on the forums, yet he still doesn't. i don't get it. if he really did want to make amends, why doesn't he just post up here and keep us in the loop? there's no excuse at this point. i'm done. like i said, i hope you guys get your sliders - but i just want my money back. he doesn't deserve it, plain and simple.

Well thats a nice change. I hope I get my new tracking number today and see movement by tomorrow. SO, maybe this time when I get back from BC I will have sliders to put on my truck.

dude you could make a ton of money off that crap! just kidding...

it does look like your sliders are on the way, at least slowly. seems we'll finally get some closure here. hopefully everyone else starts getting theirs soon. i still don't get why this took so long.

I texted him a little while ago and asked if he had a new tracking number for me too, and he said he'd get it to me once he got back to the shop and that it would be a few hours.

yea, he stopped returning my calls and voicemails, but he's been fairly good at responding to txts (for me at least). this doesn't mean i've gotten anything any sooner, i'm still waiting for my money back.

seems like he's selectively responding to people... odd he responds to me at all in that case, at this point he owes me money, not sliders.
