hopefully my credit card bails me out of this one. I got in kinda late on the buy-i know, stupid move. I did file a dispute on paypal, won the dispute but did not get any cash as the account did not have any money in it.

I made it before the cut off and am expecting a credit. I wish everyone the best of luck getting their money back/sliders. It truly sucks that this has ended up such as mess. A total lack of consideration and professionalism on the part of revenge fab. I learned that i need to do more homework before i paypal anyone anything. There are too many things to go wrong.

    get your money back, asap.

the thing that really pisses me off is i did my homework - everything - and i mean everything - i heard about this guy was great. i even talked to some locals to my area about his work, and they had nothing but good things to say about him. same at TTORA, every word said about him was about how quickly his turnaround time was (typically 1 day) and the quality of his work. i actually saw it in person as well... and i still got burned. so i don't know what the heck his problem really is, but he cannot handle mass orders evidently. i don't even consider this order that massive - how many people total? maybe 30 across all the buys? even if it was double that there's no excuse for the lack of communication.

i obviously didn't do the correct type of research - customer service related - but i assumed (incorrectly) that even if his customer service was bad his product would be worth it.

    [/rant]

i just want my money back, derek.
