im trying... ive even started calling him twice a day..... still no luck...

 

that is so beyond unacceptable it's not even funny. he sure was quick to accept money, but when it comes down to even a simple response that takes less than 10 minutes out of you day for a paying customer... i don't understand how derek can think this type of behavior is acceptable is maddening. i hope you get your money back. i hope i get mine back too. so how many people is derek down to now? we've gotta be getting close.

i need to figure out what to do.... i was really looking forward to the sliders... now all i want is a dam response...

 

he would ignore me for long periods of times but whenever i would say something dealing with me calling the police or filing disputes with the bank or things like that i would get a response fairly quick because i would tell him he had until the end of the day or something like that to get back to me.

 

screw it im just gonna call my bank and cancel and see if i can get anything back...bleh...

apparently sliders are at the depot... sigh...and his phone is broken.. so he can only text... bleh

paypal wont work cause he doesn't have money in his account... even if you win

Here's the deal. It seems that the guy is working still. It's not like he dropped of the face of the earth (though it may seem like that). It looks as though he's working slowly down his list. However, if he would just communicate, I believe we would all feel better.

Yea, the lack of communication is definitely the problem.

The sad thing is, he responds to my txts only when I threaten him now, too. I had texted him several times about ignoring members and whether or not he's sending me a money order (as you all know his PayPal is hosed.)

So when I said he had the end of the day of business yesterday or I will contact his local authorities, he responded! Said he was "going to send the money order" - so we'll see.

Why doesn't he get it? We just want him to communicate with us. If he had been open about how long it would take to make our junk, I would not have minded waiting. But hearing I would get my sliders 5/21 and here it is 9/16.... yea.

C'mon Derek. If you sell things online (especially on a forum group buy), you have to be online at least once a week letting people know what's going on. Or just give realistic dates in the first place, either way.

 

So reading over the forum i take it it would be a terrible idea to see if anyone had any pics of theres... I'm sorry guys.. I hope things get worked out... If anyone has pictures though i'd like to see em..
