the base of the bulb that twists can be pulled off by "carefully" pulling it over the bulb.

Then slide on the rubber boot from the bulb side again being careful not to touch the bulb with the rubber boot.

Then slide the twisting locking part back on.

With the rubber boot on fold it back so the natural curve of the boot is now the other way.

Install the bulb and lock it in place by using the clip and then unfold the rubber boot. Then twist the base of the bulb to lock it into place.

You actually want 3,000K. And you can order a low beam kit from my group buys if you'd like. The link below is to the one that just ended. I should be doing another later in February. :)

Where can i get a replacement bulb from ? I bought mine through one of your group buys on here, the lights were purchased less then a year ago so its under warranty. Do i go through the manufacturer ? Cause i still have all original boxes and packaging

Well, sorry guys.....apparently the host site for the pictures decided to cap the bandwidth and delete some of my pics, and unfortunately, I no longer have the originals for reference. Hopefully, the instructions are clear enough, and if not, then I will try to talk anyone through any trouble spots and take more pictures of specific question areas on a per request basis.

If anyone else can help out with pictures, etc; then that would be great.

Great thread, Im about to group buy some HID's fogs and headlights, but im having the hardest time deciding between 6000k or 8000ks. I like some blue in my light, no pink. Your lights in the pics look either real white or slight pink. What's your opinion??

seems like you would piss off drivers in front of you. it looks like there is quite a bit of glare. maybe not for oncoming drivers but for people in front of you. HIDs were meant to be in projectors so that they have a cutoff line. above the cutoff line there is no glare. have you had someone drive in front of you to see if it is a nuisance for them?

Regarding glare......never been an issue. If anything, my lights are actually aimed too low.

Regarding color and temp to get...........
