Oops. Thanks for the follow up. I just rewatched your install video and it looks like it’s fine to install what I have and add the Stage 2 at a later date, without any hassle.

Install was fairly simple. I borrowed a Harbor Freight motorcycle stand from a friend and it made the install simple for one person. It was easy to lift in and pull back to make adjustments. Bolting down the winch is awkward in the tight space. I made a bracket for the winch controller out of aluminum. Easy access from above or through the opening in the grill where the camera would be.

    Winch is wired and runs!

I'd love to get in on another one of these. Hopefully, this year @SouthernStyleOffRoad does another one!

Following up with the finished product. Pretty happy with it and doubt I'll have any issues with the police.

Thanks, I've been trying to figure out what I'm going to do with mine! It looks like it wouldn't be very visible from eye level though. Still, I'll probably end up doing something similar and just fix it if a cop ever says anything.

Agreed. It's legible from eye level at 5 ft away but just barely.

Has anyone tried swapping out Baja Design lenses through the light bar opening? Just wondering if you need to take the bumper off to get to it.

Just to follow up. Very happy with mine. Install was easy enough and the bumper fit great. Thank you SSO for a nice product.

I have my bumper sitting in the box. What is the tool to use when cutting the factory plastic?

I found an oscillating saw cut a perfect line.

I used a 4-1/2" angle grinder with cut off wheel. Laying down the tape took 20 minutes. Cutting took 2 minutes.

excited that my bumper arrived, but came dented on the side even though the box it came in was fine - unfortunately I didn't keep the box or take photos of the packaging :(.
is there anything that can be done?:fingerscrossed:

Unfortunately, without pictures of the box from multiple angles and pictures of the foam from the inside Fedex pretty much auto rejects our claims. So their is not much we can honestly do for you. You can feel free to submit the pictures to our email Info@southernstyleoffroad.com including your order # and we can try for you. However, it has like a 99% chance of being auto rejected. I can tell you from my experience, that customers usually don't see the damage on the box or foam but it's there most of the time it's just hidden.

Any idea when the next group buy might happen? The price after 20%+ discount makes this an easy decision!
