Official Spoilers for Star Wars Movies/TV Shows in General

Just saw Episode IX. Went in with zero expectations. I wasn’t hyped to see it like the other movies except for Solo. Like Solo, the trailer for 9 didn’t hype me up.

Palpatine never learned his lesson. If you pissed against the wind you’d learn not to do it again, right?

Overall it was alright. Better than 8.

 

It wasn't bad. No "The Empire Strikes Back" or anything but good.

 

I’d agree, wasn’t amazing but wasn’t horrible. Better than 8 because it didn’t piss away basically everything that 7 set up. Answered a lot of questions while leaving a few new ones. Like who did Palpatine fuck to have a child??

still wish we could’ve had the OG 3 together at some point. Also wished we could’ve had like every Jedi as a ghost as the 2nd closing shot. But it was alright

Also was going to be super pissed if Chewy died! Wish Lando would’ve been involved a lot more too

 

Yeah I was like ready to leave when they thought Rey zapped him.

 

I'm thinking there is going to be a movie with Rey and baby Yoda. Cept he wont be a baby

 

I don’t mind killing off characters (I made it through GoT) but you can’t kill all of the OG characters. Like literally every one from 7 is dead sans 3P0, R2 and him

 

Thought they could have done something different with the beginning, but overall I liked it. Definitely better than 7 & 8. Kylo Ren's story line was better in this one compared to the other two movies. I liked how they ended it with Rey too.
Like @BYJOSHCOOK, it would have been cool to see all the force ghosts. I guess they didn't want people to think it end like Return of the Jedi.

 

Exactly, it would have sucked it if they had killed of Chewy.

Haven’t decided if I’m going to go to a theatre to see it.
