Pretty much what the whole family is hoping for.

 

Y’all are crazy if you think they brought Cad Bane back for only two episodes. He will survive whatever happens during the season finally and be back in mando season 3.

 

Bane is 72 years old now. I really give him a 49/51, odds for Boba killing him

 

I agree. Cad Bane has survived plenty of shit previous to this. He’s no joke.

As soon as I saw his silhouette off in the distance, I was like, “Ruh roh…”.

 

In a story line that never made it into The Clone Wars, Boba was supposed to be shown getting trained how to bounty hunt by Cad Bane, and eventually they fall out and Boba kills him. I suspect that Boba will mention that in the next episode.

There are reports of a BoBF season 2, and that might be a good avenue to pit him against Bane.

 

I was wondering if there was going to be a season 2 or not. If the action continues like it has been the last two episodes it would great if they kept it going.

 

I saw the silhouette and the gears were turning. Saw the hat and lost my shit, kinda called this a few weeks back talking to my buddy. I heard they were gonna have some big cameos and this was one of the few that made the most sense.

I also don’t think he’ll die, I feel he’ll be back for a season 2 of Fett and season 3 of Mando or more

The big problem being the actors mouth not being low enough. Practical effects vs CGI.. however. The colors and eyes look 1000% better

 

They hired the guy who deepfaked Luke from Ep 16 to do him again, and he looked incredible better.

The distance across the uncanny valley is getting smaller every attempt.

It’s amusing that the two best episodes of bobf hardly have him in it.

 

The diffence in director shows, but also the decisions made in telling the story. The flashbacks were so obvious they actually detracted from the progression they were trying to show. Want to show a real character change? Tell the story chronologically and show the character changing. Don’t keep flashing back in bits and pieces. Robert Rodriguez isn’t Quentin Tarantino and Star Wars isn’t Pulp Fiction.

I tought the same thing until I realized Cad Bane is 70+ years old, not sure how that affects his species but discoloring due to age could explain the difference.

 

It's also just a show and they can't get everything right. Look at Osaka and her head tails. They have to find a middle ground with everything and they know the nerds are gonna gripe, moan and nitpick everything they do.

 

The kids were complaining about Ashoka’s tails. Had to explain to them that literally anything is possible with animation, but it’s pretty damn challenging when translated to an human actor.

Unless it’s truly egregious or distracting costuming/makeup, just shut up and enjoy the show and let the nerds nerd.

 

Rewatching episodes 5 and 6 right now, and I've decided that "jawa-new" is going in the old vocabulary bag.
