Just saw a fan theory that the loader droid wasn't a droid but a really strong person in a costume, specifically repurposed clone armor. Wrecker!

 

So one thing that has me puzzled is the Grand Inquisitor is "dead" but he comes up in Rebels and dies at the end of S1. So like obviously he has to come back which is gonna be shit for Reva (thus having her help Ben survive I'm guessing) but also I guess they are betting a lot of people don't watch the animated shows because Rebels is clearly set after this show.

Plus I still want to know why Reva is obsessed with Ben...

Anyway looking towards more Vader vs Ben action. People on twitter were saying the fighting needs work, I guess they forgot that Ben has basically stopped training for 10 years whilst Vader has continued to hunt down Jedi therefor continued to train with a lightsaber. Also the scene with him just killing all of those bystanders was pretty intense, makes this "hallway" scene far more evil than the Rouge One scene. Very intense episode

 

It's almost like he's two people - Ben and Obi-Wan. He still thinks of himself as Ben, and Ben isn't a Jedi. He doesn't act like a Jedi anymore, and clearly doesn't remember how to do those things he was doing commonly. Once he starts thinking of himself as Obi-Wan he's going to start whooping ass.

Finally something worthy of the name. Vader nonchalantly pulling a ship to the ground and ripping it apart? Fuck yeah

 

Literally yelled out "holy shit" when he did that. The power they finally showed off was very impressive, I'm really glad we get to see Vader not as an "old man" moping about like the OG trilogies, really shows why in the OG trilogies he is so feared

There's a report that each episode mirrors one of the first 6 movies. Episode 5 mirrored Empire...so does that mean we get Ewoks in episode 6?

 

There's "a new hope" that Filoni and Favreau will retcon 7-9 after the Mandalorean series. Here's to hope...

 

I want an Old Republic series/movies that outlines and tells stories within the rise and fall of the Sith, the Sith wars, and the eventual creation of the master/apprentice policy. So much meat there, and it's not dependent on anyone named Skywalker. Plus (if the cosplay is any indication) it'll be sexy and violent as hell. Wholesale Jedi versus Sith battles, spying, competing temples on Coruscant, the Sith infighting and their eventual destruction until there's only one left - it'll be off the chain.

R-rated Star Wars? Yes fucking please. But I'm sure they'll make it PG-13 because it's Star Wars, after all.



But people will Rule34 the shit out of it...

Coming back from the dead, surviving fatal injuries, it’s all a bunch of bullshit.

I find there’s no suspense when it comes to certain characters because we KNOW they survive….. With Obi-Wan and Luke going on to live in apparent obscurity on Tattoine. Senator Organa having a lifelong membership in the Galactic Senate…Everyone else is a Redshirt.

Vader using to force to ground and crumple a spaceship? Meh, we’ve seen Rey do something similar in the “sequels”..
