    not enough.
I was okay with that because it didn't nerf the lightsabers like they had in other shows. properly powerful blades that can slice through just about anything.

The flak firing turbolasers kill me in the new Star Wars world. They’re energy beams, how are they exploding in space and making smoke clouds?

I noticed that too, it was the lasers hitting the deflector shields.

Maybe. I think the visual shield impact style used in other Star Wars films/shows and Star Trek is much better.

Then people complain about reusing old special effects. There's no winning

WBW doesn't exist in real time or space. It's kinda dumb imo, but I think the force is showing her what she needs, from a time period she needs it from.

I don't like how they treated Sabine. I don't think she'd give up like that.

One of the X-wing pilots, the last one to check in, was Brendan Wayne, stunt actor for Mando, and John Waynes grandson. Neat little cameo, finally got to show his face

she had to in order to move the plot along, at the rate the episodes are going we won’t see Thrawn until the last episode. I want to see him back and the fighting start already, first 3 episodes were hard to stay awake imo.

Agreed. 8 episodes is a joke. There's no meat on the bone. Thrawn is by far my favorite character. I'm tired of these 34 min teaser episodes. Give us something with substance already

Welcome to the new age of tv shows. I think GoT ruined it for everybody when they went away from the 10 episode seasons the last 2. Everybody saw how "big" they were (granted they sucked but the show was huge by that point) so everybody thinks less is more. Well it can be...but you gotta have great writing to make it less is more, but so far all of these shows still have the 1-2 BS filler episodes so you really only get 4 decent episodes and then 2 killer episodes. Not to mention these are all 34 minutes long......do better at writing really good 45 minute episodes and fill a full 10 episode season.

Does anybody remember when shows used to have 12-13 episodes in a season or more? Ah the Golden Age of TV, Sopranos, Breaking Bad, Dexter, Walking Dead (before it turned to shit)

TV shows used to be 20-30 episodes a season in the early 90s.

OK here's kinda my thing after a couple episodes of Fem Wars (all female star wars). Why's the ship fly one way and land another? This series spends way to much time on landings and take off's.

Chimera, Thrawn, great witches of Dathmiri, wild ass stormtroopers. Wow. The story has been so slow, but I'm so thrilled to see the Chimera and Thrawn. I'll admit, he is quite imposing. He definitely commands authority well. Lars did a great job
