I've been watching the old Voyager series on Netflix recently - I really loved that show.

Anyone?

 

I've been a fan since I was a kid... A long time...

 

Ditto - loved the Next Generation as well as the original series. Something about the Voyager series really roped me in though.

 

I even enjoyed Enterprise.

That's the only one I didn't get a chance to follow. I believe it was on on the wrong night.

 

Awesome thread! I'm not a trekkie in that I haven't seen too many of the TV shows from the original series, TNG, or any of the spin-offs, and I would almost certainly lose at a Star Trek trivia game. However, Star Trek II, and IV are two of my all time favorite movies. Now, my Wife and father-in-law are two certifiable trekkies. My Wife is pretty big into science fiction so much so that I've been to Dragon Con more than a few times.

 

What a sin!

 

I know... He was an excellent actor. Sad to hear of his passing.

 

Geordi is smart. He makes things go.

 

I think this guy wins at being in the most Star Trek shows:



He was in TNG, DS9, Voyager, and one of the movies as well...

 

Growing up I was able to watch every episode in succession of the original Star Trek on Laser Disc. My brother had the complete box set. Before that I had to see only a few here and there. Only series I never got into was Enterprise. But have watched all the movies.

 

I know what roped me in. After the introduction of Seven of Nine in season 4.

 

Yes, Voyager was getting boring until they brought in the Borg.

Sad news about Anton. Pretty random.

Pretty sure Enterprise series had the absolute WORST theme song ever. Made me want to shoot my cat.

I actually don't have a cat. Anyway, I love Trek. I also love Star Wars, but this is a Trek thread so I'll stay on topic.

Grew up watching reruns and VHS recordings with my older brothers. Love it all.

Data is probably my favorite character...aside from 7 of 9, for obvious reasons.

 

Remember when Seven fights the Rock?

 

Was the only reason I kept watching that show.

 

So epic. If there was more internet back then, it would have broken.

 

Pretty interesting. I felt Enterprise had the best song.

Next Generation was my favorite series but there's a bit of rose-colored glasses going on. Watch a few Enterprise episodes, then revisit a few TNG episodes, and the TNG dialogs just seem so cheesy.
