    as a character from the old books, hes pretty damn badass and an awesome character.

    I’m betting he is dead - we’re going to be seeing him in flashbacks.

    Wouldn’t be surprised if Deathwatch and a younger Mando met up with Fett in the years before ANH.

    As a kid boba fett was awesome. He had a jet pack. One of the few characters you didn't have to hear whine like a bitch. I would rather him be alive but if not it's not going to change my feelings for him. If they can't blowup and kill Leia in Space then a Sarlacc can't kill Fett.

    Wouldn't it be funny if he's an actual bad-ass but just with horrible luck? He gets into a fight, kicks a whole lot of ass, and while he's ducking, dodging, kicking, and shooting he steps into a manhole.

    He didn't have Jango to train him as he got older - TCW shows his education coming at the hands of mercs and bounty hunters. Who got their asses kicked a lot. He probably wasn't as good as Jango, had to deal with that, and simply made his reputation on his armor.

    Would also be interesting to see what his real affiliation is with Mandalorian culture and religion. Does he take off the helmet? Is he a purist? Does he know the way?






    Does Cara Dune whoop his ass in gloriously spectacular fashion? Inquiring minds want to know!

    Much like last season, I'm sure there will be side quests and it won't be 8 episodes of Moff Gideon. Much like how we had a 3-person retelling of The Magnificent 7, there's going to some interesting thematic retelling of an ancient yarn with Boba as either the baddie or a catalyst to the action.
