    That was truly a great experience. My son was lost on a lot of the 'easter eggs' & I agree the CGI & soundtrack were detriments, however as a whole the film was superb IMO.

    Well...I made it to the theaters. And I saw Passengers :facepalm:

    I could watch JLaw do anything though :drool:
    And probably Chris Pratt too :anonymous:

    Got out at 3:03 and directly across the hall was a 2:50 Rogue One. Would've been PERFECT but I wasn't alone and they weren't interested in a double dip:censored:

    I'll go back next week and see it fo sho

    It was good. Different than what I thought some what as it was about 1hr 45min and most of that was a lot more of a romcom between the two leads but I enjoyed it. As with most futuristic sci-fi movies there are lingering plot holes that I think could've been exploited to change the ending but it was still good. Had a couple really cool visual sequences that made my eyes happy, probably not as much as R1 would've though

    Saw it last night and loved it! Saw most of the Easter Eggs people have mentioned.

    I wasn't as thrown off by the Tarkin CGI although I think they made him a little thin. Bless my wife, she couldn't tell he was CGI, but thought he looked odd..lol.
