I'm looking forward to the new movie. I don't think the prequel trilogy was all that bad, my only gripe is that I want to see something showing what happens between Episodes 3 and 4...kinda like a 3.5. Something showing how Vader came to be so feared.

    Later.

Nah, I don't think it would ever live up to our expectations. Vader doesn't fight fast like the Jedi we're used to seeing now, I think it'd be boring. On the other hand if they did make him move quick, we'd complain about that too.

Cuz he wasn't the last one piloting it, (at least according to the movies) technically Lando Calrissian was the last one seen in the falcon. We'll have to see at what point in time the new movie takes place

So they hook us in with an established name (J.J. Abrams), then they switch them out...
    Uncertain once again.

Looper was a good movie, I can't see his versions being any worse than Episodes 1-3

He's right by the movies which are considered canon. Never read expanded so no clue.

You ever notice that in the movie Poltergeist the boy's room is decked out in a ton of Star Wars toys and such. Talk about product placement.

If you're into gaming, I recommend Star Wars: The Force Unleashed I & II. They don't show the rise of Vader but they DO take place between 3 and 4 and you do see a lot of Vader. Great games too.
So JJ Abrams is NOT the director anymore? Why?
1 was pretty bad but it did have its moments. 2 would have been very good if not for Hayden Christiansen and the love story. Nothing wrong with that and it was necessary but I wanted a little less of him. I just plan didn't like ep2 Anakin.
    Never heard of it :notsure:

Yeah I just heard about it recently. I suppose it is like a Star Wars convention! It's about $60- $70 bucks per day.

Chopper, JJ is still the director for the new one. After that, the next one is the Looper director is what I read.
