Sounds good! I can't wait to install them. My sliders and the sides of my truck took a beating from all the rocks kicked up on my last trip.

Hmmm... I haven't had flaps for about 6 months now but since I'm lifting my truck and just got bigger tires I should probably get some! I'm interested in how well they'd hold paint as well, plastidip maybe? Since it's more rubbery?

We didn't get em on the weekend I referred to here... And it looks like I left em on the bed cover on my drive home cause they didn't make it home... And they are not at my buddies garage! Sucks. I got hardware for em if anyone needs it!

I haven't seen any fibergalss in person yet some not sure if there is mounts to do anything but Im sure its possible to make some, and also with fiberglass there are some big tires so I would have to make them alot bigger. Its possible I just need a test dummy.

You know Ive thought about that, Im not sure how well it would hold up. I would assume normal paint cracks off but like white plasti derp might hold on the outside that's not getting blasted by the elements. Ill rattle can some of my extra material and see what happens.

I'm a dummy, just not local to you Sloan lol. There aren't any pre-drilled mounting holes in the fiberglass for flaps. If you were to just send out a pre-cut flap and allow the buyer to drill the hole where needed and mount them that would work out the best I think. I will get you some pics this weekend.

By the way, have you installed the flip kit? I got lazy and just left my bumpstops on there for you so you didn't have to rig yours on :)

I did the same thing with a brand new pair of $70 winter gloves last December. I put them on top of my wife's rav4 after shoveling snow and left them there and then they were history ;(

It's never happened to me with a soda or something cheap! I too lost a $40 pair of gloves a few years back... And now the flaps. At least with the gloves... In this area, we can live without them.

Dude, both of my screw retainer clips inside on the driver side, front and back, broke off internally which means my outboard screws on front and back are halfway sticking out, the rear can be accessed through the back under the fender, as far as I can see the front can't. Either way once I get these screws out I can put a bolt in the rear but can't access the front to put one in.

Any suggestions how I can access the backside of the screw retainer deal on the front driver side?

If not I'm pretty much screwed. . .
