Found a set of 35's local this morning. Have 19/32's on them. The guy said I pay for the mount and balance on both our trucks he'll trade me straight out. He said they killed his gas mileage and just wants them gone. I've got about 5k on my tires . ..... decisions.

at least someone laughed at that. i new gid would not and would probably have some smart ass comment....
so is the wife letting you decide plans and say what goes and what dose not or is she taking charge of it all?
I say do it if the 35”s have about the same about of tread left. I’d do it before you put to many miles on the 33”s and can’t really get anything for them.

    What tires are they?
That's a lie. You should be more worried about it. You obviously don't care about getting the best mpgs that your truck can get but you can still be worried about the best mpg you can get with 35s. I don't understand. Why would you just not care and try and get the wrist gas mileage possible? Driving style has a lot to do with it. I don't care how big or small your tires are, if you drive fast then your mpgs will go down and if you drive slow then they will go up. If you don't care about mpgs then drive fast. If you do then drive slow. Pretty fuckin simple Dale

Oh ok gotcha. Yeah I used to get on there a few years ago but I wasn't a big fan of how they did things. But that sounds pretty cool. How did your truck do?

Now y'all have got me worried. How often do y'all replace wheel bearings on 35's?

Also, is it possible to order the whole 3rd members, for front and rear, from ECGS? I want to be able to swap the 3rd members in a day so that I don't lose my truck for a couple days or weeks since I don't have another rig that I can daily drive.

Depends for me wheel bearings go out often but I wheel pretty hard with them and have spacers, as far as the 3rds ecgs will set up a 3rd member and send it to you but you have to pay a core charge of like 300-400 for each diff then they refund you when you send yours back

Adam I'd say go ahead and get the 35s!

Told him I would make the trade. Place I use said they would swap over the tires for 50.00 for all 8. Waiting on him to tell me when he wants to do the swap. Then I gotta come see you or Gid and let you cut my truck before I lower it.

For what it is, the truck did well. I ran the green & blue trails and a red or two. Most of the rigs that showed up I would call beaters, so not many to ride with but, it was fun to watch them tear their stuff up!

It just shows he cancelled the shipping. He hasn't refunded the money or anything. I'm hoping he is just gonna ship with something else.

The spacers hurt a lot. The tires hurt a lot as well. I've wheeled my truck hard since the first day I got it and never had a problem with 33s. I'd say the wheeling part is the least of the problems. And you can easy swap both your diffs in a day. Front takes the longest but I did mine in about 3 1/2 hours by myseld
